Tax Deductible Interest Certification Form

• This form complies with recent IRS regulation changes regarding the reporting of Tax Deductible Interest for qualified student loans.  If you signed your ALPS or TREE loan Promissory Note before October 1, 2002 we will be unable to report the interest paid on your student loans unless we have received a certification from you that the proceeds were used solely to pay for qualified higher education expenses.
